At Cady O'Daly Farm, we offer several different training options for both horses and riders. Whether you're looking to learn more about the sport of eventing, get some basic jumping lessons, or fine-tune your dressage, we'll help you achieve your goals.

Training
* 1-hour private on-site lesson - $45
* 1-hour semi-private on-site lesson - $35
* Training Ride - $35 (plus travel)

Board
* Training Board - $700/month

Consignment Program
Our consignment program has been very successful, and we often have clients fly in from all over the country to try out sales horses. In fact, in 2012, we sold close to 20 horses in a year of all breeds, sizes, and price ranges.

Typically, our consignment horses are ridden four to five times a week, and are kept in "show ready" condition, as we tend to have buyers arrive without much notice. Sellers have the option of either stall or field board, and our commission rate is 10% on sales.

Buyer's Agent

We also work with clients to find suitable horses and ponies. We charge a flat daily rate as well as 10% commission on top of the horse's final sales price. We do all the searching and chatting with buyers for you, arrange for the visit, and if all goes well, set up the pre-purchase exam and execute the final sales contract. Our job is to make the entire process as seamless as possible.
