  • Congratulations to homebred Cady O'Daly Michael (Tre Awain Goldsmith x *Cloud Shadows) and Logan Elliott, 18, of Maryland, for winning the Junior Beginner Novice division at this year's Nutrena/USEA American Eventing Championships. The pair finished on their dressage score of 28.1 to beat an impressive 66 riders and take home the tricolor ribbon and a trailer-full of prizes!

  • 7/16-17 - Region III Connemara Show:
    - Ridgetop Cady O'Daly (ridden by Josh Walker and handled by Emily Daily): Best Connemara Purebred of the Day, winner of the Another Notch Trophy, winner of the Purebred Mares Ages 8 & over, 5th in the Beginner Novice combined test (34.0),  3rd in Purebred Under Saddle, 3rd in Purebred Over Fences, 4th in Purebred Over Fences.
    - Cady O'Daly Artisan (ridden by Alicia Daily): Winner in Get of Sire class (progeny of Tre Awain Goldsmith), Open Halfbred Reserve Champion, 2nd in Halfbreds Under Saddle, 5th in Halfbreds Over Fences, 2nd in Halfbreds Over Fences.
    - Class Action (ridden by Caitlin East): Winner in Get of Sire class (progeny of Tre Awain Goldsmith), 6th in Halfbreds over Fences, 5th in Halfbreds Over Fences.
    - Cady O'Daly Marco (ridden by Emily Daily): Winner in Get of Sire class (progeny of Tre Awain Goldsmith), 5th Purebred Green Under Saddle, 4th Purebred Green Over Fences.

  • 5/22/11 - Alicia & Keeper finish 1st in Open Training at the Virginia Horse Trials on their dressage score of 35.9 at Keeper's first recognized Training event.

  • 5/9/11 - Caitlin East & Class Action ('Fred') finish 2nd in Senior Green Combined Test at the BREA Spring Frolic; Alicia and Cady O'Daly Artisan ('Artie') finish 4th in the Senior Beginner Novice Combined Test; Alicia and Hokie finish 2nd in the Senior Novice Combined Test.

2010 Results

  • Blue Ridge Eventing Association Year-End Awards: Cady O'Daly Class Clown - 4th Place Beginner Novice Horse of the Year & 8th Place Novice Horse of the Year; Cady's Goldkeeper - 6th Place Novice Horse of the Year.

  • 10/29/10 - Alicia & Keeper finish 4th in the USEA Area II Novice Championships at the Virginia Horse Trials on their dressage score of 30.0.

  • 10/9/10 - Alicia & Keeper finish 2nd in Open Novice on their dressage score of 30.4 at the Maryland Horse Trials.Dressage video, Show Jumping Video, Cross-Country Video

  • 5/8/10 - Emily & Tobey had a great first outing of the year, placing fourth in the Beginner Novice division at the unrecognized horse trials at Loch Moy Farm. It was quite windy, but the course was fantastic, and Tobey finished on his dressage score of 33.0 (Video)

  • 3/28/10 - Kristen LaLuna guided Beholden (BB) to a win in the Beginner Novice division at the Virginia Starter Trials, finishing on their dressage score of 28.0. This was BB's first horse trials back after taking a two-year hiatus from eventing to successfully compete in First Level dressage competitions. (Video)

  • 3/28/10 - Kristen also rode Jolie Vie (Jolie) to a second place finish in the same Beginner Novice division in the mare's second competition. Jolie performed very well, adding no penalties to her dressage score of 41.4.(Video)
2009 Results
  • 12/15/09 - Cady's Goldkeeper (Keeper) named 2009 Blue Ridge Eventing Association Reserve Champion Novice Horse of the Year.

  • 11/22/09 - Dawn's Sunrise (Sunny) crowned Level II jumper champion at the Thoroughbred Celebration Show at the Virginia Horse Center, taking 1st, 2nd, and 4th with Alicia in the tack.

  • 10/30/09 - Cady's Goldkeeper (Keeper) finishes 4th in her first recognized Novice event at Virginia Horse Trials, adding no penalties to their dressage score of 37.0 Alicia and Keeper were also part of the third place Chronicle of the Horse/USEA Adult Team Challenge Novice team.

  • 5/30/09 - Emily and Cady's Punchline (Toby) finish on their dressage score of 36.3 to place 5th in the Open Beginner Novice division at Waredaca Horse Trials.

  • 5/30/09 - Dawn's Sunrise (Sunny) and Alicia place fourth in the competitive Open Novice division at the Waredaca Horse Trials. Sunny finished on his dressage score of 32.0.

  • 5/20/09 - Emily and Cady's Punchline (Toby) take home fourth in the Open Beginner Novice division at Virginia Horse Trials with a 38.0.
2008 Results
  • 11/7/08 - Cady's Punchline (Toby) finishes on his dressage score of 35.3 with Alicia in his first recognized Beginner Novice horse trial at Rubicon.

  • 11/7/08 - Ridgetop Cady O'Daly (Cady) and Emily led the victory gallop in the Training division at Rubicon Horse Trials, leading the event from start to finish with a 33.0.

  • 10/22/08 - Ridgetop Cady O'Daly (Cady) and Emily have the time of their lives competing in the Waredaca Training Three-Day Event. If they hadn't lost track of time on roads and tracks, they would've finished in 2nd place instead of 9th!

  • 6/7/08 - Ridgetop Cady O'Daly (Cady) and Emily finish fourth in the Training division at Rubicon Horse Trials.

  • 5/22/08 - Alicia and Cady O' Daly Michael (Mikey) place 2nd in the Novice division at Virginia Horse Trials, with a score of 34.5.

  • 5/22/08 - Emily and Ridgetop Cady O' Daly (Cady) earned a 5th place finish in the Training division at Virginia Horse Trials.
